  • The site is divided into a number of directories -- full service, focus groups, field services, moderators, etc. With few exceptions, these are arranged by Standard Metropolitan Areas.
  • Every location is listed in directories applicable to their services.
  • Clicking on the company listing links the prospect to the company's own web site or to a web page on our sites.
  • All of the locations listed are found in more than one directory.
  • The Markets Directory has three separate web addresses. Advertising is automatically listed on all three, without additional charge.

PREMIUM LISTINGS

The most effective form of web advertising is
your own web site.

If you have a web site, all of your directory listings will be linked to that site.

If you do not have a web site, submit up to five pages of information (including pictures) in any standard word processing format. We will re-format it for the internet without additional charge. If you have e-mail, we'll include a link to your address. Prospects will go there immediately.

You may also have web pages designed for you and we will post them to our sites.

All PREMIUM listings in the indexes will appear in BOLDFACE CAPS.

The price is only $200 per year for the first location.
Additional locations will be billed at $50.00 each.

Two years for $350 with addtional locations at $45 each.

Preferred Listings
  • A description of your company -- about 250 words
  • In addition there is a list of the directories that you appear in. Your name appears in boldface upper and lower type.

    For example: A prospect accessing it will know that you have three focus suites, a test kitchen and video conferencing.
  • Preferred Listings also have a direct e-mail link to your company.
  • The price is only $100 per year. Additional locations will be billed $50.00 each.

  • A brief descritpion of your company or locations -- fifty words
  • There is a direct e-mail link
  • The company will appear in every appropriate directory
  • The services you offer will be listed
There is a $25 charge for a Basic listing.

Banners and Buttons
Banners are three line ads, surrounded by a border, that will link the viewer directly to your website or to your listing on our sites.

Home Page Banner
Will run on our three home pages for $1,000.00 per year or $600 for a six month run.

Index Banner
Will appear at any directory position you wish.

For example:
At the head of the "Chicago -- Center City" listing for focus group facilities.
At the beginning of "High Tech" specialties for moderators.

The price is $100 per month. There is a 3 month minimum.

Buttons

Buttons are like banners but are about one and a half inches on a side and cost $50 per month with a six month minimum.

How to submit web materials
Supply your advertising copy via E-mail or on a PC compatible disk. We'll reformat it for the Web at no additional cost. Pictures can be included at no extra charge. However, they must be submitted on disks in either GIF or JPEG format. If it is necessary to scan them, we will charge an additional $25 per scan.

If you have your materials done professionally in HTML, or in an appropriate web language, we will mount it on our sites at no additional costs.
